GLEN’S BLOG- I realize that I am starting to look rather sluggish. Letting myself go a little. It’s been 15 months of a day job in a shop and I have been putting on a little weight…actually about 40lbs since the start of my job. I never thought it would happen with walking around the shop, lifting heavy objects and sweating my ass off during the summer. My old job was at a pizzeria where I would be running around, constantly on the go. Stuffing my face with greasy food and washing it down …

hmmm maybe there is something in the world wich u can drink with almost nothing in it…… WATER thats it. so thats why u should drink ALLOT of watter. drink like 5 liters (5kg) and then u can pee it all out. and there are no callories or sugar (wich is kinda the same) in it. btw u have to be american if u see the word “drink” and instantly think about coke and stuff and even forget about water like it doesnt even excists XD

actuely that does not help at all becuse while yes MOST liqued comes out tons of suger remains and youre wait will not go down mabe by a couple ounces but not uch becuase BKs and MDs drinks have tons of ssuger and unnesersery ingredients
